Deposit
A $200.00 deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. Personal checks and money orders only.

Client Cancellations
If you must cancel your charter, please contact us at least 10 days prior to your scheduled trip to allow us ample time to fill that time slot. This will prevent forfeiture of your deposit.
Inclement Weather
Due to the differences between land and sea weather conditions, weather related decisions are made by the captain -- on the dock, at the time of the charter. If the captain makes a weather related decision to cancel the day before your scheduled trip, he will contact you. If conditions prevent fishing, you may reschedule or request a refund of your deposit.
